University Program Council
About
University Program Council cultivates events, programs & partnerships on Butler’s campus and the greater Indianapolis area. Students can explore, experience, & enjoy life at Butler through UPC. Events are implemented by various committees including: campus programs, city excursions, late night, & traditions
Campus Traditions brings life to age-old traditions that can be rooted back to the very beginning of Butler's history. Meanwhile, they also focus on implementing new traditions to adapt for the future generations of bulldogs to come.
Late Night continues the weekly programming fun into Friday and Saturday evenings, creating unique opportunities for students to have fun & socialize at unconventional hours.
Campus Programs hosts a large array of events that are all-encompassing, each catering to a different demographic of Butler students. This committee hosts many events within the first six weeks of school, centered around incoming students' integration and initiation as a Bulldog.
City Excursions provides students to leave the Butler Bubble and explore and indulge in all the opportunities that Greater Indianapolis has to offer. These opportunities include: concerts, sporting events, historic locations, and more.
